Foreship has started an important initiative to develop its project management operations and employee competencies through a comprehensive training program.
Designed to meet Foreship’s specific needs, the program was delivered by Reddal, a global professional services firm, and follows a three-level curriculum based on project types. It covers essential topics such as customer collaboration and reporting, teamwork, risk and quality management, problem-solving, and complex project planning.
This program aims to implement standardized project management practices across the organization, improving overall efficiency and coherence. It is also designed to enhance the customer experience by strengthening communication and collaboration skills, leading to higher customer satisfaction. In addition, employees equipped with proper project management techniques and best practices also contribute to increasing the company’s competitiveness.
“This training program is part of Foreship’s strategy to support employee development and improve project management practices. By providing team members with valuable skills and expertise, we enable them to outperform and contribute to the company’s success,” said Olli Somerkallio, Foreship’s Chief Operating Officer. “Furthermore, this project management training program demonstrates Foreship’s commitment to investing in employee well-being and skills and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.”
